This design is a tribute to the Mindi Dairy — founded in 1917 near the old Mindi Dock and later moved to its final site, where it kept Canal Zone households supplied with fresh milk for decades, run with the same meticulous care Zonians still remember. The illustration's vibrant orange and the word "Mindi" are a nod to that era, when the dairy truck was as familiar a sight as the commissary line.
